Genaesis Advises Both Parties on Coreonyx’s Acquisition of Collective FLS
Genaesis advised both Coreonyx and Collective FLS, Inc. in a disclosed joint representation.

Coreonyx, a service-disabled veteran-owned IT modernization and cybersecurity firm, has acquired Collective FLS, Inc., a content management and cloud services provider based in Herndon, Virginia. The acquisition established Coreonyx’s government solutions division.
Collective FLS provides content management, enterprise search, cloud and managed hosting services. Its federal work includes the Department of Justice under the ITSS-5 contract, the Department of Energy, the Department of the Interior, the Export-Import Bank, the National Institutes of Health, the National Park Service and the United States Navy.
The acquisition brought Collective FLS’s federal contract base and cloud practice into Coreonyx.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
