CRW & Associates provides health management consulting to government, nonprofit and corporate clients, with work spanning healthcare disparity initiatives, Medicaid and Medicare, medical coding, process improvement and quality management. The firm was founded by Charlisa R. Watson and is an economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business and an SBA 8(a) participant.
Integrated Management Strategies provides healthcare consulting, health IT, cybersecurity, data analytics and program management to federal, state and local government. The firm was based in Alexandria, Virginia at the time of the transaction.
