Genaesis Advises DecisionPoint Corporation on Its Acquisition of Cortek

DecisionPoint Corporation, a service-disabled veteran-owned and HUBZone provider of IT modernization and cybersecurity services, has acquired CORTEK, Inc., a mission support contractor based in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

CORTEK provides integrated base defense, force protection, cyber, forensics, and biometrics support to the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The acquisition added mission support and force protection capability to DecisionPoint’s federal IT practice.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Genaesis served as buy-side advisor to DecisionPoint Corporation. Quantive served as sell-side advisor to CORTEK.
