Genaesis Advises Dr. Angel Diaz on His Acquisition of X Corp Solutions

Dr. Angel Diaz has acquired X Corp Solutions, Inc., a service-disabled veteran-owned provider of program management, cybersecurity and training services to military and homeland security customers, based in Stafford, Virginia.
Dr. Angel A. Diaz has spent his career building and selling federal services businesses. A service-disabled veteran, he led Technical Services Corporation, an 8(a) certified firm in Arlington, Virginia. In January 2019 the company acquired Accelerated Development & Support Corporation and was renamed ADS Federal, a 120-person business with Diaz as chief executive. He went on to lead Allegient Defense through its 2024 combination with BCS. Genaesis advised on both transactions.
X Corp Solutions provides program management, cybersecurity, and education and training services to military and Department of Homeland Security customers alongside commercial clients. The company is headquartered at Quantico Corporate Center in Stafford County, Virginia, where it built a facility housing a cyber education center, training academy and cyber range.
