Genaesis Advises SRM Group on Its Acquisition of V W International

SRM Group, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned provider of housing management, facilities support and maritime logistics to federal agencies, has acquired V W International, Inc., a facility lifecycle services firm serving healthcare facilities.

V W International, founded in 1990, provides full lifecycle support for healthcare-related facilities, including transition and activation, equipment services, operations and maintenance, energy management and logistics. It is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business.

The acquisition was the first of two follow-on transactions completed within weeks of each other, building on the SRM Group platform Kent Nygren acquired in June 2023.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Genaesis served as buy-side advisor to SRM Group. Quantive advised the seller.
