Tysons Corner, VA | December 15, 2017 – Genaesis, LLC today announces the acquisition of Kelly Anne Design as the firm’s new in-house design team. This comes as Genaesis continues to experience unprecedented growth as a middle-market M&A advisory firm.

Genaesis offers seamless M&A transaction support for their buy- side and sell-side clients. This move allows the firm to fully integrate critical design services without outsourcing or additional costs to their clients. Kelly Anne Designs will now provide new transition collateral and improve upon any pre-existing design work for both buy-side and sell-side clients. Offerings include placeholder transition websites and logos.

Buy-side clients working with Genaesis will now have acquisition transition collateral design services included with their core offerings at no additional cost. According to Genaesis CEO, Erin-Michael Gill, “Whether it’s a new name, brand and logo, or even a placeholder website to inform stakeholders of the transaction, it is critical that we enable our clients to have the cleanest transition possible as they execute on their post-merger integration plan.”

Sell-side clients will now have offering collateral, including custom teaser and Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) design, wrapped into Genaesis’s provided services. Lead Designer Kelly Anne Casella stated, “Good, personalized design is critical in acquisitions to quickly and effectively communicate value. Now that it will be done in-house, Genaesis can fully integrate design services to clients based on their specific vision and needs.”

Genaesis is built on providing the easiest, most efficient transition possible for buyers and sellers. Adding a full complement of design services at no additional cost is another example of how Genaesis continues to differentiate itself from other middle-market M&A firms.
