Genaesis Advises Both Parties on Sunny Singh’s Acquisition of Artlin Consulting
Genaesis advised both CSB Services, LLC and Artlin Consulting, LLC in a disclosed joint representation.

CSB Services, LLC, a holding company formed by Sunny Singh, has acquired Artlin Consulting, LLC, a federal acquisition and data analytics advisory firm based in Vienna, Virginia. Singh became chief executive of Artlin at close.


Artlin Consulting was founded in 2011 and supports Department of Defense acquisition management, providing acquisition, procurement and data analytics advisory work principally to the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Artlin later merged with Sehlke Consulting in 2021 to form Aeyon, and CGI acquired Aeyon in September 2024.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Genaesis served as advisor to both CSB Services and Artlin Consulting under a disclosed joint representation.
