Genaesis Advises Curis IT on Its Acquisition of Associated Veterans

Curis IT of Maui, Hawaii, owned by Antonio Moscatelli, has acquired Associated Veterans of Culpeper, Virginia.

Both companies are service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses founded by former Marines, providing IT and program management services to federal agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Genaesis served as buy-side advisor to Curis IT.
