N2IA Technologies, LLC, an 8(a) and HUBZone certified federal consulting firm based in Washington, DC, has acquired CyberBahn Federal Solutions, LLC, a provider of information technology and management consulting to federal agencies.
CyberBahn Federal Solutions provides information technology, engineering, data analytics and management support to federal government and commercial clients. It holds GSA STARS III, the GSA Multiple Award Schedule, OASIS Small Business and SeaPort-NxG, and continues to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of N2IA.
N2IA Technologies provides acquisition and contracting support, cost and financial operations work, and technology optimization to federal clients. It has held SBA HUBZone certification since 2019 and 8(a) certification since 2021.
