Dinocrates Group, LLC, a strategy and technology advisory firm serving the Department of Defense, has acquired Global Management Systems, Inc., a secure communications and network engineering contractor based in Rockville, Maryland.

Global Management Systems provides secure telecommunications, local area network, and network engineering services to the United States Army, supporting Army network enterprise centers under the Army’s IMCS III contract.
The acquisition extends Dinocrates Group’s secure communications and networking capability within the Department of Defense.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Genaesis served as buy-side advisor to Dinocrates Group. Drexel Hamilton served as sell-side advisor to Global Management Systems.
